Cenzic Announces Patent Cross-License Agreement With IBM

SANTA CLARA, CA, Feb 10, 2009 -- Cenzic Inc. today announced a patent cross-license agreement with IBM. This cross-licensing agreement will allow both companies to seek new business opportunities in the area of Web application security assessment.
