Host Analytics, a Redwood City, Calif.-based provider of on-demand corporate performance management solutions, has raised $15 million in Series C funding. Next World Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Advanced Technology Ventures, Trident Capital and StarVest Partners.

Host Analytics, the leading provider of on-demand corporate performance management (CPM) solutions, today announced $15 million in Series C funding. Led by Next World Capital, the funding will drive product development, strengthen the customer and partner ecosystem and enable the company to continue to attract world class industry and technology talent to the team.

The new funding round was led by Next World Capital, an international venture capital and growth equity firm investing in leadership companies in the U.S. and Europe. Craig Hanson, Partner at Next World Capital, will join the Host Analytics board of directors. Existing investors Advanced Technology Ventures, StarVest Partners and Trident Capital also participated in the financing.

“We evaluated a number of opportunities in the SaaS and enterprise application space, and expect this multi-billion-dollar CPM market to continue to grow in the coming years,” explained Craig Hanson, Partner at Next World Capital. “After extensive strategic analysis of the market, we identified Host Analytics, the only vendor with a full enterprise class CPM suite delivered as SaaS, as having the resources and proven technology platform to capture the lion’s share of this growing market.”

The industry-leading decision platform provides quick access to both financial and operational information. Host Analytics’ suite of on-demand CPM solutions helps finance executives drive fact-based decision making throughout their organizations and put rigor into financial processes such as planning and budgeting, scorecarding and financial consolidation and reporting. Founded in 2000, Host Analytics serves the enterprise, large and midsize company and public sector markets. The company has raised a total of nearly $30 million in venture funding.

“Our investors’ confidence in Host Analytics validates our strategy and the pioneering work we have done over the last decade in on-demand CPM,” said Jon Kondo, CEO at Host Analytics. “This new investment will enable us to build on this foundation and to accelerate our judicious approach to growth as we work to enhance our solutions and support offerings.”
