Adam joined ATV in 2003 and has held several positions at the firm prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for nearly all aspects of accounting, tax, reporting, and operations for ATV and the funds. His background includes both front- and back-office experience.
Prior to ATV, Adam worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette and at Credit Suisse First Boston. While at DLJ and CSFB, Adam concentrated on financial sponsor transactions as well as corporate engagements. In addition, he supported the M&A group’s business development efforts, driving new engagements from both corporate and financial acquirers. Prior to this, Adam was an Associate for Georgeson, Inc. (later acquired by Thomson Financial), where he advised Fortune 500 technology companies on various aspects of their equity capital markets strategy. With a primary focus on the semiconductor industry, Adam’s clients included Advanced Micro Devices, Broadcom, Cypress Semiconductor, LSI Logic, and Texas Instruments. Adam authored several research whitepapers published by Thomson Financial and produced research that was the basis for articles appearing in the Wall Street Journal.
Adam received his M.B.A from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University.
